High-Protein Greek Yogurt Parfait

A Greek parfait is easy to assemble and a healthy option for busy mornings. I always go for my High-Protein Greek Yogurt Parfait recipe when I need something light but filling. This recipe is super quick to make and requires no cooking. It's a perfect one-person treat, giving you 356 calories, with 36g of protein, 32g of carbs, and 11g of good fats. Ready in just 5 minutes, this parfait is a mix of tasty flavors and textures.

The main ingredients are 0% Fage Greek Yogurt, which is creamy and delicious, and a scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen to add lots of protein. We've also got a mix of fresh fruits like strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries for a burst of color and antioxidants. Sprinkle on some Ratio Toasted Almond Granola for a nice crunch and a bit of honey for sweetness. This High-Protein Greek Yogurt Parfait isn't just tasty – it's also a healthy choice for a yummy breakfast or snack. It's proof that good-for-you food can be delicious!

Dairy-Free Option: If you are lactose intolerant or allergic to dairy products, you can still enjoy my high-protein Greek yogurt parfait with alternative non-dairy yogurt options. The Kite Hill Plain Unsweetened Dairy-Free Almond Milk Greek Yogurt Tub is your go-to alternative if you're steering clear of dairy. This almond-based yogurt is a fantastic substitute, a creamy and delicious option without the dairy. The best part? In just 2/3 cup, you get a solid 17g of protein, making it an excellent choice for those looking to up their protein intake while enjoying a dairy-free delight.

Note: If you want to boost the protein content of this High-Protein Greek Yogurt Parfait, you can add hemp or chia seeds. Hemp seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, and chia seeds are packed with fiber, making your snack tasty and good for your heart and digestion.
