Lift Healthy by Jess offers online home and gym exercises. Home workouts can save you time and money, as well as giving you the flexibility to fit in a workout around your daily schedule. Gym workouts, on the other hand, offer a wider range of equipment to challenge yourself with. When either is combined with progressive overload – which is the process of frequently challenging your body with increased weight or repetitions – these two types of workouts offer an unbeatable combination for achieving amazing results!
My programs are designed with everyone in mind – from complete beginners to advanced athletes. The difficulty level can be tailored to each individual’s starting point and goals, with the amount of weight used or repetitions completed adjusted accordingly. This way, everyone can benefit from the program’s tailored workouts and achieve their desired results.

Beginners may see results faster as it's often easier for them to build muscle with fewer reps, while more advanced athletes require a more strenuous workout combined with dietary changes to see greater results.

Yes, this can be requested. I create personalized workout routines based on your availability, equipment, and stamina levels. If you prefer shorter workouts, we can start there and increase the intensity and duration of your workouts over time.
Depending on the type of exercises you have chosen, you may need different pieces of equipment. If you are performing home workouts, you will need dumbbells, a yoga mat, exercise bands and a workout bench is optional. If you have opted for gym workouts, then the standard gym equipment should be sufficient.

If you're looking for a personalized fitness routine, you'll receive this through 1:1 Coaching, or you can simply request a custom exercise plan that gives you access to workouts specifically tailored to your personal fitness goals. With these options, you will get a comprehensive workout routine that is uniquely designed for you and will help you achieve your desired results.
Direct Access to Your Coach with 1:1 Coaching or Custom Exercise Plan
1:1 coaching or a custom exercise plan are the only programs that give you direct access to your coach through messages. All other programs provide group chats where you can post any questions that you have and receive answers from both myself and the community. You can also post videos performing an exercise move to get coached on your form. This makes it easy for you to stay connected and get the help that you need during your workouts.
Before and after photos are an essential part of any exercise routine, as they provide an accurate visual representation of the progress you have made. This type of physical evidence helps to reinforce motivation, giving you something to look back on when times get tough and helping to keep you on track with your goals.
