What to Expect
This program consists of 3 days of exercise each week, focusing on one upper-body, one lower-body, and a full-body day. Each routine is 25 minutes long for those with a busy schedule. Throughout this 12-week program, clients will experience improved strength and increased energy levels. Progressive overload techniques and different rep ranges are used to ensure maximum muscle growth with each workout session. No need to guess what exercises to do at the gym or at home – this program has got you covered! Once you complete this 12-week program you will be ready to move on to the Lift Healthy Training Program.
