This user-friendly program offers a choice between home or gym workouts, requiring just 25 minutes, three days a week. The structured routine includes Upper-Body, Lower-Body, and Full-Body days, designed for beginners. With video demonstrations, progress tracking, and the flexibility to substitute exercises. Connect with my community group chat for motivation, tips, and reminders, and seamlessly integrate wearables like Apple Watch or Fitbit to monitor steps. Document your journey with progress pictures and track your meals. The Elevate In 25 Program provides the perfect foundation for beginners, promising a structured, adaptable, and rewarding 12-week experience.

What you'll need for the Home Workout Program
The Elevate In 25 Program is designed to safely and effectively challenge your body. By gradually increasing the amount of weight, reps, and intensity of each workout over time, you can ensure that your body is working at its highest capacity. This type of training helps you reach your fitness goals as quickly and safely as possible by pushing yourself out of your comfort zone and avoiding plateaus. Progressive overload workouts also help prevent overtraining syndrome, which can lead to chronic fatigue and injury.
This program consists of 3 days of exercise each week, focusing on one upper-body, one lower-body, and a full-body day. Each routine is 25 minutes long for those with a busy schedule. Throughout this 12-week program, clients will experience improved strength and increased energy levels. Progressive overload techniques and different rep ranges are used to ensure maximum muscle growth with each workout session. No need to guess what exercises to do at the gym or at home – this program has got you covered! Once you complete this 12-week program you will be ready to move on to the Lift Healthy Training Program.
