This fitness program suits any level – with options for home or gym workouts. Enjoy tailored upper-body, lower-body, and full-body routines with beginner to advanced ab/core levels. This program is specifically created to help you achieve your fitness goals, such as building muscle, losing body fat, gaining strength, and boosting your energy. Every 6 weeks, you will receive a new training phase with new variations that will allow you to challenge yourself. With options for home or gym workouts, you’ll enjoy tailored routines that include upper-body, lower-body, and full-body days. Ab/core routines are available at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. You can easily track your progress and set goals using my app’s effective tracking system, complete with video demonstrations, tips, and instructions for each move. You can substitute exercises, connect your Apple Watch or Fitbit and even upload progress pictures! Join our community group chat and benefit from healthy tips and reminders. You will also have access to band-only routines for those weeks you’re on vacation and have little equipment.

What you'll need for the Home Workout Program
The Lift Healthy Training Program's progressive overload workouts are designed to safely and effectively challenge your body. By gradually increasing the amount of weight, reps, and intensity of each workout over time, you can ensure that your body is working at its highest capacity. This type of training helps you reach your fitness goals as quickly and safely as possible by pushing yourself out of your comfort zone and avoiding plateaus. Progressive overload workouts also help prevent overtraining syndrome, which can lead to chronic fatigue and injury.
The home workout routines require minimal equipment yet provide excellent results. For the home option, you will need dumbbells, bands (short and long loop), a mat, and a bench is optional. Regarding gym workouts, the program is adaptable to the essential equipment found in any standard gym. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting, the program suits any fitness level and can help you achieve your goals. You can access both options regardless of the program you choose, home or gym. I guarantee that consistent commitment to your journey will yield significant results.
