"Where do I even start?! Jess has completely changed my life. I started my journey with her 10 months after I had my first baby. I gained 60lb during my pregnancy and needed help losing the last 25Ib or so. I went into my journey just wanting to see the number on the scale go down to what it was before I had my son. I think that was truly my main goal at first. After 6 months, I DID meet that goal, but I gained so much more than just a lower number on the scale. I weigh the same as I did before my pregnancy, but my body looks completely different and BETTER. My body has shape and is the most toned it has been in my life. I am physically the strongest I've ever been in my life which is so important to me because I want to be able to keep up with my son who is 27Ib now! My energy levels, even as a first time mom and full-time professional, are the best they've ever been in my life. I look at myself in the mirror and never thought I could look like this. If I didn't see my c-section scar and know that I had a baby 1.5 years ago, I wouldn't think I've had a child before.

I came into this journey with postpartum thyroiditis and while I was still breastfeeding. I truly believe the changes Jess helped me to make allowed me to come off of my thyroid meds permanently. I was able to safely and sustainably lose fat and gain muscle while still maintaining my milk supply. I was able to breastfeed through my entire cut phase without an issue, all while seeing results. She knew how important that was to me and she customized my journey so that I could keep that bond with my son along the way, for as long as I wanted.
