1:1 Coaching is $375+ each month with a 3-month commitment. This includes four weekly sessions per month (one session each week), email and text message support from me, access to the Lift Healthy By Jess App, personalized macros according to your goals. Also, a workout routine that fits your schedule according to your preferences, a sample meal plan based on your calorie intake, and many other resources.
