Hey! I'm Jessica, the owner of Lift Healthy by Jess. As a Nutrition and Fitness Accountability Coach, I help people achieve their weight loss and fitness goals, feel confident in their skin, and enjoy a healthy lifestyle while still being able to eat their favorite foods. Many people have a hard time reaching their goals even though they know the changes they need to make. That's why accountability matters and it's the driving force behind what I do!
Throughout my fitness journey, I've learned that eating healthy foods and working out does not have to feel like a chore. I struggled with yo-yo dieting and consistently trying to find the next easy fix. I found freedom through understanding macronutrients and our metabolism. As a result, I stopped depriving myself and developed a healthy relationship with food. I'm here to teach you everything I know!

No, any workout routines purchased on my website will be done via my app. If a personalized workout routine is purchased, I will create your routine according to your goals, and you will access it via my app. You will have video demonstrations on how to do each move along with the sets and reps you’ll complete.
Yes. Once you sign up for 1:1 coaching, you will fill out a questionnaire and also meet with me via phone or Zoom. This will allow me to gather more details on your goals. Once I have these details, I can create your nutrition plan along with your personalized workout routine. 1:1 coaching gets you 2 for the price of 1.
Tracking your meals is an excellent way of reaching your goals with accuracy and allows you to reach your goals faster. However, there are times when tracking might not be advantageous for my client, so in these cases, I use a different method.
