My Personal Review:
Wearing a Fitbit encourages you to move more and be more active. Not only does it track your steps, but it also tracks your sleep, so you can see how well you’re rested. In addition, it tracks your heart rate and gives you reminders to stay active when sitting for long periods. All this information is presented in an easy-to-understand way, so you can see your progress and set goals.
Would I recommend it?
If you’re looking for a way to get moving and improve your fitness, a Fitbit step tracker is the perfect solution. This Fitbit is a small, lightweight device that you wear on your wrist. It tracks your steps, distance, and calories burned, as well as provides encouragement and motivation to keep you going. The Fitbit step tracker is an easy way to supplement your existing workout routine. It’s great for people of all ages and fitness levels.
My overall opinion and rating:
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5 - If you’re looking for a way to get fit and stay motivated, a Fitbit step tracker is a big help. Set small goals for yourself. If you usually get 5k steps a day, aim for 6k each day. Do this until you can train yourself to get 7k-10k steps each day. Tracking your steps will allow you to become aware of how much movement you get each day.
