FlapJacked Gluten-Free Protein Pancake Mix
My Personal Review:
I’m always on the lookout for new breakfast ideas. I love pancakes, but they don’t always have enough protein. That’s why I was excited to try Flapjacked Pancake Mix. The mix is made with whey protein and whole grain oats. It’s an easy 20g of protein. It’s a great way to start my day off with some protein. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious, and they satisfied my pancake craving!
Would I recommend it?
This pancake mix has become one of my new favorite breakfast options! I also love Kodiak pancakes, but the Kodiak mix only gives you about 14g of protein for similar calories. This option is gluten-free, but if you’d like the regular mix, you can find it at Walmart.
My overall opinion and rating:
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5 - If you’re looking for a protein-packed breakfast option, flapjacked pancake mix is great! It’s easy to make, and the pancakes are delicious. I love to add milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, but you can also make them with just water. To increase the protein, I pair this with eggs and turkey bacon. For added fiber, I love to top off my pancakes with berries.
