My Personal Review:
Collagen is the most abundant protein in our bodies, and it plays a vital role in providing structure and support for our skin, bones, and connective tissue. Our bodies produce less collagen as we age, leading to wrinkles, sagging skin, and joint pain. However, recent discoveries about the benefits of collagen suggest that this protein can also play a key role in improving gut health, reducing inflammation, and boosting metabolism. Collagen supplements are now available in powder form, which makes them easy to add to smoothies or other food items.
Would I recommend it?
Vital Protein collagen dissolves quickly. I like to add it to my morning coffee, oatmeal, and smoothies. It’s also flavorless, so it doesn’t change the taste of your favorite beverages.
My overall opinion and rating:
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5 - I love this collagen powder because it provides all the benefits of collagen without any of the fillers or artificial ingredients found in other powders. However, avoid using this product in cold liquids unless you're using a blender. When the drink is cold, it makes it harder to dissolve. This is why I choose to use in coffee, oatmeal, and when making smoothies since the blender does a great job of mixing it in well.
