The Foam Exercise Pad is an absolute game-changer when doing hip thrust. Its exceptional comfort level sets it apart, ensuring you no longer have to endure the discomfort of feeling the bar pressing on your pelvic area during your workouts.

You will see different styles on Amazon, specifically the ones that wrap around the bar but for some reason those are not the greatest. I’ve purchased several and still feel the bar.

This specific pad is designed to provide a thick cushioned surface that adds an extra layer of comfort and helps distribute weight evenly, allowing you to focus solely on your hip thrusts and fitness goals without the pain.

As I mentioned, I’ve tried other brands and shapes, but this one, by far, has been the best option. This pad is definitely a must if you’re hipthrusting more than 135lbs. So far, I’ve had this pad for approximately a year and a half, and it’s still in perfect condition.

2. Gym Accessories: Lifting Grips

Lifting grips are a must when lifting heavy weights. They provide a secure and comfortable grip during your weightlifting sessions. You don’t have to worry about slips and chafing with these grips.

They offer the perfect amount of cushioning to minimize discomfort. Because you don’t have to worry about losing your grip, it allows you to focus on your form and confidently lift heavier weights.

Before discovering these lifting grips, I felt like I could lift more weight, but my grip would give out. With these, I can now go to failure without compromising my form or risking dropping a dumbbell on my foot. This is a must-have in your gym bag.

When choosing your grips, keep in mind that depending on the color, the price changes. For some reason, the pink and red grips are less expensive but keep an eye out because prices constantly fluctuate. I currently have these in size small.

These knee wraps have been an absolute game-changer for my weightlifting journey, and I can’t emphasize enough how they’ve improved my performance and overall experience.

This accessory provides a level of support and stability that’s crucial, especially when tackling heavy squats and lunges. This is definitely at the top of my list for workout accessories for women. I will only do leg day with these.

These knee wraps alleviate stress on the knee joints. By securely wrapping around the knees, they help distribute the load evenly, which means less strain and discomfort during lifts. It gives you the ability to lift heavier weights with confidence. The added support reduces the risk of injury and allows for more consistent, controlled movements.

When I use these wraps while squatting, I can increase my weight without any discomfort. Actually, I can lift five times the weight with them on my knees. I can guarantee that you will notice a significant difference in your lifting ability when you use these knee wraps.

A weightlifting belt is a valuable tool for anyone hitting the gym. It really helps with improving your form when you’re lifting weights.

Supporting your lower back and abdominal muscles ensures you maintain the correct posture, making your exercises more effective and reducing the risk of injury.

Personally, it gives me the confidence that I can lift a little heavier without fearing hurting myself. I use the belt specifically when doing squats, any deadlift variation, and lunges.

I make sure that even with the belt, I brace my core. Using the weightlifting belt all the time can weaken your core, so make sure you’re using it for the last and heaviest set. I have this lifting belt in a size small.

These wraps barely take up any space. I’ve also washed these multiple times and the velcro is intact and in perfect condition.

Let me start by saying that I have at least six pairs of these leggings in different colors. These leggings have a high waist design and provide fantastic tummy control.

They offer just the right amount of compression, but at the same time, they’re soft like butter and comfortable. These leggings stay put during my workouts, so I don’t have to pull them up like I do with other brands.

They’re squat-proof, so you don’t have to worry about transparency while doing squats. Durability is also worth noting. Even though I’ve used frequently and washed multiple times, these leggings have maintained their quality and color vibrancy. They’re clearly built to last.

If you buy the black solid pair, I do suggest keeping a lint roller handy since it seems to attract dog or cat hair. I weigh about 133lbs and I use a size Small.

7. Activewear Clothing: Long Workout Tank Top

This top comes in many colors and patterns. To be honest, you can use it to workout or with a pair of jeans. I love the material of this tank top. It’s made from a breathable fabric that feels soft and keeps me cool and comfortable throughout my workout.

One standout feature is the length – long enough to cover the booty. This is super important to me, especially if I wear leggings where you can sometimes see panty lines. It allows me to move freely without constantly tugging at my top.

I wear a size small, and despite frequent washes and intense workouts, it has maintained its shape and color. It’s definitely of excellent quality.

8. Cool Workout Gadgets: Fitbit

First and foremost, I specifically chose this Fitbit model because of its design. It complements any outfit, whether working out or going to dinner. I recommend the white band with gold because it’s so much easier to dress up.

I use my watch primarily to track my steps, but it also has a heart rate monitor, tracks your sleep, and has stress management tools. Battery life is excellent; I can go on a single charge for several days, which is convenient and means less frequent charging hassle.

The only con I have is that when you connect to the charger, the screen can sometimes go black, so you have to press a little button on the charger to bring it back to life. I freaked out the first time this happened, thinking my watch was dead, but it was a quick fix, so there’s nothing to worry about.
