My Personal Review:

This pad is designed in a way that provides support to your hips while you work out, so you can focus on getting the most out of your workout. It’s also great for protecting your joints from impact. Hip thrusting without a pad is almost impossible due to the position in which the bar is located. I highly recommend using a pad.

Would I recommend it?

With this foam pad, you’ll be able to increase your range of motion and get a deeper, heavier, and more effective workout. So the foam pad is a must whether you’re working out at home or the gym. This will also allow you to work on progressive overload, increasing the weight without it being painful in the hip area.

My overall opinion and rating:

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5 - This foam pad makes hip thrusts more comfortable and effective. It’s made from high-density foam that will support your body weight and has a smooth, textured surface to reduce friction. I highly recommend this to anyone hip-thrusting heavier weight. For example, I was fine with just using the actual hip thrust pad, but once I increased my weight, I found that the support wasn’t enough. This pad has really helped me with my hip thrust now that I’m at the 300lb mark.
