My Personal Review:

I’ve been taking Natural Vitality Calm powder to help with sleeping for about a year, and I have to say that it’s the best thing I’ve tried. I take it every night before bed, and I fall asleep quickly after taking it. I took Melatonin for about seven years but stopped taking it because of all the recent studies and adverse side effects, which scared me.

Would I recommend it?

How does this work? Magnesium regulates neurotransmitters that transmit signals throughout the nervous system and brain. Additionally, it controls the sleep-wake cycle by regulating the hormone melatonin. By calming the nervous system, magnesium helps your body and mind prepare for sleep. We also know that depression and anxiety can negatively impact sleep. Doing some research, I found that magnesium can help alleviate these mood disorders.

My overall opinion and rating:

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐5/5 - Natural Vitality Calm has helped me a great deal with sleeping, and I recommend it to anyone who struggles with insomnia or has trouble falling asleep. It’s natural, it’s safe, and it works! I love the raspberry lemon flavor, and I take two tablespoons in 1/2 cup of water 15 minutes before bed. Once I’m in bed, I do some reading which helps me unwind. I don’t read directly from my phone; I like reading the Bible using dim lights. This sleep routine, along with Calm, works fantastic.
