A massage gun can provide many benefits, including reducing muscle soreness, improving range of motion, and increasing blood flow. One of the most common benefits of using a massage gun is reduced muscle soreness. When muscles are worked hard, they can become tight and uncomfortable. A massage gun can help to loosen these muscles and reduce soreness after an intense workout.
Would I recommend it?
I use my massage gun every week, especially after leg day. It helps reduce soreness, and since I’m currently training my legs and glutes three times a week, I don’t have to skip my workout. This massage gun comes with six attachments and ten-speed levels. I’ve had this exact brand (Taotronics) for about five years. What I also love is that you barely have to charge it. The battery life is insane. I charge mine about once a month.
My overall opinion and rating:
