My Personal Review:
Incorporating 45 Degree Hyperextensions in your workout is a great way to target your glutes and hamstrings. I love this equipment because it doesn’t take up much space. You can fold and store as well. I use heavy weight while performing the workout and find it very sturdy.
Would I recommend it?
I highly recommend this product because it allows you to add variety to your lower body workout days. You can also work on your core and abs with this equipment. It barely takes up space, and it’s super easy to build.
My overall opinion and rating:
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5 - It’s easy to store, convenient, and portable. It has high-density foam hip support pads with foam leg rollers for comfort. Can be adjusted to fit people of varying heights with a maximum weight capacity of 250 lbs.
