My Personal Review:
The Hip Thrusts Pad is designed to cushion and support your hips while you work out, so you can focus on getting the most out of your workout. It’s also great for protecting your joints from impact. Hip thrusting without a pad is almost impossible due to the position in which the bar is located. I highly recommend using a pad.
Would I recommend it?
With the Hip Thrusts Pad, you’ll be able to increase your range of motion and get a deeper, more effective workout. Plus, it’s portable and easy to take with you on the go. So whether you’re working out at home or the gym, the Hip Thrusts pad is a must. This will also allow you to work on progressive overload, increasing the weight without it being painful in the hip area.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5 - This piece of equipment is designed to make your hip thrusts more comfortable and effective. It’s made from a high-density foam that will support your body weight, and it has a smooth, textured surface to reduce friction.
