My Personal Review:
This Power Cage for your home gym is like your all-in-one workout buddy that helps you do many different exercises. It’s built to keep you safe while you work out. It won’t wobble or fall over so you can focus on your exercises without worries. This power cage has J-Hooks and holds your barbell when you’re doing exercises like squats, bench presses, and shoulder presses. They ensure your barbell stays put, and you can exercise without problems. This power cage also comes with handles for dips. Dips are great for making your chest and triceps muscles strong. You can hold onto these handles and do dips in the cage. Overall, it’s an amazing cage.
Would I recommend it?
Additionally, you can get the cable pulley system if you want to do even more exercises. You can use different attachments and add variety to your workout routine. Some moves you can do with this machine are lat pulldowns, triceps kickbacks, squats, bench presses and dips, etc.
My overall opinion and rating:
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5 - This machine will take about 2 or 3 hours to assemble, but it’s worth taking the time and putting it together. Considering all these functions, it only takes up a little space. If you want to build your gym, I recommend this machine since you can target your full body.
