My Personal Review:
Using a belt will allow you to improve your workout and get the most out of your training. These types of belts help you keep good form while lifting weights and protect your back from injury. There are many different types of weightlifting belts available on the market, so it is important to choose one that is comfortable and fits well. This brand is an excellent option, and the price is excellent.
Would I recommend it?
I highly recommend using a belt if you’re concerned about back discomfort or form. It has helped me immensely with both. I use my belt when I’m squatting and doing deadlifts and RDLs.
My overall opinion and rating:
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5 - The benefits of using a weightlifting belt are many. But, ultimately, it comes down to this: a weightlifting belt gives you the support you need to achieve proper form and technique when lifting weights. This, in turn, helps you to lift heavier weights and reduces your risk of injury.
